Description
We are looking for an Scrum Master to coach, train and enable our development teams to work efficiently and quickly together.
Responsibilities
-Facilitation of all Scrum ceremonies, daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews and retrospectives, utilizing a servant leadership style
-Assist teams to develop products
-Coach, mentor and monitor the teams to instill an agile approach and culture
-Coach Agile teams on key Agile principles including team ownership and self-organization, effective user stories, story point estimation, team transparency and team metrics
-Coordinate, plan and deliver of the output of the scrum teams
-Coach Agile teams on key Kanban practices and activities, including visual management, cycle time and work in process
-Ensure appropriate communication of, any delivery issues, dependencies and/or risk to the roadmap
-Teach and monitor Agile values, principles and execution tactics to individuals and groups of IT teams
-Leverage Scrum knowledge and experience to recommend enhancements to how Scrum is implemented within Informatics
-Connect with the agile community to share latest trends and techniques
RequiredQualifications
-Good observation and mentoring skills
-Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
-Effective written and oral communications skills, including negotiation, conflict management
-Good facilitation and influencing skills
-Good knowledge of the practices, concepts and procedures related to coaching and facilitating development teams in the adoption and practice of Agile principles
-Experience of working in Scrum Team or in any Agile environment
-Have a passion in Agile
