Responsibilities
-Handle all the US headquarter and branch financial and accounting needs
-Run payroll and ensure timely and accurate tax payments
-Generate invoices and send them to appropriate clients
-Follow up with Clients Accounts Payable departments to ensure timely payment to company invoices
-Enter and reconcile all company expenses in accounting software
-Track employee's vacation and Paid Time Off (PTO)
