Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Banquet and Room Service are managed efficiently according to the established guidelines
- Lead shifts and actively participates in the servicing of events
- Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the hotel's Room Service operation
- Liaise with the Food and Beverage department on daily operation and quality
- Establish and strictly adhere to the par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies, ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped
- Monitor and supervise the mini-bar
- Other related duties as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- High school diploma, degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality or related major is preferred
- At least 2 years work experience in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality or related major
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills
- Knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Able to work well in stressful and high-pressure situations
