Responsibilities

  • Կազմակերպել, կոորդինացնել և վերահսկել կազմակերպության ներքին գործառնական փաստաթղթաշրջանառությունը, ապահովել վերջինիս արդյունավետությունը և անվտանգությունը` ներառյալ պատշաճ դասակարգումը, տարածումը և փաստաթղթավորումը,
  • Մշակել և ղեկավարել գործառնական փաստաթղթաշրջանառության վերահսկման հետ կապված ադմինիստրատիվ ընթացակարգերի և կանոնակարգերի իրագործումը, ապահովել նրանց ժամանակին և կանոնավոր կերպով վերանայումը,
  • Կազմակերպել Կենտրոնական Բանկի և Կազմակերպության միջև ժամանակին և արդյունավետ աշխատանքը՝ պաշտոնական էլեկտրոնային համակարգի միջոցով,
  • Վերահսկել պաշտոնական մարմիններ ներկայացվող հաշվետվությունների ժամանակին կատարումը,
  • Իրականացնել ներքին ժողովների նախապատրաստումը, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում թարգմանության ապահովումը և արձանագրությունների կազմումը և բաշխումը,
  • Իրականացնել Խորհրդի նիստերի կազմակերպումը, համապատասխան փաստաթղթերի կազմումը, արձանագրությունների կազմումը,
  • Վերահսկել ժողովների՝ այդ թվում նաև Խորհրդի նիստերի ընթացքում ներկայացված հանձնարարականների ժամանակին կատարումը,
  • Կառավարել Կազմակերպության հիմնական արխիվը,
  • Պահպանել և պատասխանատվոթյուն կրել կազմակերպության կլոր կնիքի համար,
  • Կազմակերպել Կազմակերպության պաշտոնական նամակագրության ժամանակին և անսխալ գործընթացը,
  • Աջակցել տնօրենին՝ Կազմակերպության կառավարման համակարգի բարելավման գործընթացում,
  • Աջակցել տնօրենին, բարձր/վերին օղակի ղեկավարներին ռազմավարական պլանավորման ադմինիստրատիվ հարցերում,
  • Անհրաժեշտության դեպքում աշխատել տնօրենի և վերին օղակի ղեկավարների հետ հատուկ ծրագրերի վրա:
