Ezhome, Inc. is looking for a Software Engineer who will be responsible for developing scheduling and route optimization algorithms. The incumbent's focus will be on the end-to-end development of the Company's scheduling and route optimization software. He/ she will have the opportunity to work on technical problems and develop solutions, that will have a huge impact on the Company.

Responsibilities
- Develop a robust and scalable system that can create service schedules and continuously optimize the Company's routes as the customer base grows and expands geographically;
- Build a data driven model to predict future customer locations and constantly optimize routes and schedules asymptotically reaching the theoretical optimum;
- Write highly organized, maintainable code;
- Make sure the scheduling software is up and running in production.

RequiredQualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in developing back-end software;
- Superb analytical and coding skills;
- At least minimal familiarity with Python;
- Ability to define and iterate on product requirements and be comfortable interacting and discussing problems with users and business owners;
- General understanding of optimization problems and familiarity with related concepts such as cost functions, constraints, etc.;
- Comfort discussing algorithms, complexity, and search methods;
- Strong unit test and debugging skills;
- Working schedule that makes him/ her available during the morning Pacific Time;
- Ability to work remotely.
