Description
The KPI Set-up Group Specialist is responsible for monitoring KPIs of all managers and keeping the system up-to-date with the changing priorities of the Company. (S)he is also expected to provide support to on the measuring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities
-Do administration of the existing KPI system
-Support managers in terms of updating KPIs in accordance to current strategic and tactical priorities
-Analyze performance enhancement opportunities (sales, products, services...) and set tactical targets staff
-Coordinate data collection and analyse actual performance of units
-Provide leadership simultaneously to multiple engagement teams who are supporting senior level management through KPI setting
-Maintain performance measurement techniques and metrics as well as develop efficiency assessment tools through BSC and/or Hoshin Kanri matrix
-Developing Bank's Objectives cascading approach and regularly monitoring coherence of goals
-Improve and maintain existing metrics in balanced scorecard system and provide ad hoc support if required
-Support in strategy development, business planning and analysis
-Develop recommendations that would improve performance both on overall and unit level
RequiredQualifications
-University degree in economics, management, finance or marketing
-Pro-active, strong entrepreneurial spirit, flexible to changing priorities
-Proven analytical and problem solving skills
-Experience with implementation of methodologies
-Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-Team-player skills
-Profound knowledge of MS Office
-Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
