Academy of Development is seeking for a visionary and dynamic individual to join the team as a Lead Developer.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a software development team - Read, understand and modify the existing code - Provide technical support and assistance - Provide time estimates for potential projects and tasks
RequiredQualifications
- 3+ years experience in web programming, including PHP and MySQL - Familiarity with common PHP design patterns and their implementation - Applicant would have a deep understanding of PHP Object Oriented Programming (Namespaces, Traits, Generators) - Ability to effectively use source control systems such as GIT or Subversion (SVN) - Excellent HTML, CSS, Javascript skills - Knowledge of any Javascript Framework is a plus (React.js, Meteor.js, Angular.js) - Experience with MySQL programming and administration - Knowledge of other PHP Framework is a plus (Yii, Laravel, Phalcon, Zend) - Ability to work both as individual and as part of a team - Ability to learn quickly - Experienced and comfortable working with virtual teams - Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
