Description
The jobholder will focus on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives on both global and market level.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up country level marketing plans based upon global CMB strategy taking into account local objectives;
- Responsible for execution of in-country CMB marketing activity;
- Organize/ coordinate marketing campaigns, events and seminars in liaison with local and regional stakeholders;
- Responsible for ongoing review and update of HSBC Armenia CMB internet and intranet pages, marketing materials, booklets, tariff of charges and forms.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Marketing or a related segment;
- 1-2 years of professional experience in marketing;
- Strong understanding of customer insights and their role in ideas development;
- Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts;
- Good understanding of technology developments and emerging consumer and industry trends;
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment;
- Good presentation, communication, leadership and relationship management skills;
- Ability to handle senior stakeholders, ambiguity, multi-task, work under pressure.
