Description
The Lawyer of the Centralized Procurement Organization and Coordination Working Group of RA Ministry of Health (hereinafter Working Group) is responsible for ensuring legal support to organization of centralized procurement processes realized by RA Ministry of Health.
The Lawyer reports to the Head of the Working Group and relevant high level official responsible for centralized procurement processes as assigned by RA Minister of Health (if necessary).

Responsibilities
- Ensure the compliance of the procurement process with the requirements of RA procurement legislation;
- Prepare procurement contracts;
- Provide legal evaluation to procurement orders and procurement contracts;
- Ensure filing and archiving of all procurement related documentation and contracts;
- Study all the complaints received with regard to the procurements and realize their management;
- Perform other functions as assigned by the Head of the Working Group.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Law;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Excellent knowledge of RA civil code and procurement legislation;
- Working knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages;
- Strategical thinking, work organization, planning and prioritizing skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
