ПРОДАЖИ
Холодные звонки. Нужно делать порядка 20 звонков или более. Нужно уметь, не бояться общаться с клиентами по телефону. Встречи с клиентами. Первичные и повторные. По холодным звонкам, а также по другим каналам поиска клиентов.  Подготовка коммерческих предложений клиентам. Нужно по итогам встречи и на основании полученной от клиента информации предложение по шаблону в
pdf. Переговоры с курьерскими службами. Нужно иметь контакты, периодически общаться с руководителями курьерских служб. Решать возникающие вопросы по отдельным отправкам.
ЛОГИСТИКА
Обработка входящих запросов. Нужно давать котировку клиентам либо по стандартным тарифам смарт-чойс, либо индивидуально. Нужно перезванивать клиенту, чтобы узнать, насколько наше предложение устраивает.
Контроль отправок. Нужно каждое утро проверять статус отправок по трекинг-кодам. Если есть проблемы, оперативно их решать, связываясь с операторами и клиентами.
Логистика/Курьерские функции. Нужно забирать и доставлять посылки. Нужно иметь хотя бы одну машину на офис до тех пор, пока не сможем нанять специального курьера со специальным транспортом. Нужно быть готовыми забирать посылки во время, удобное для клиента, даже если оно не совпадает с рабочим графиком офиса.
Упаковка. Нужно понимать, как правильно упаковывать те или иные вещи, следить, чтобы в офисе было все необходимое для упаковки
МАРКЕТИНГ И ДИЗАЙН
Разработка презентаций и рекламных материалов. Для себя и для клиентов, если мы им предлагаем такие услуги. Нужно, чтобы все презентации были в актуальном состоянии. Нужно установить и уметь пользоваться Adobe InDesign, чтобы быстро адаптировать буклеты и брошюры. Ведение сайта и соцсетей. Нужно периодически, не реже раза в неделю, размещать новости на сайте и в соцсетях. При необходимости придумывать акции, спецпредложения. Нужно поддерживать сайт, описание услуг и т.д. в актуальном состоянии. Время от времени дорабатывать сайт.
АНАЛИТИКА, ФИНАНСЫ
Ведение смартчойс. У нас должен быть смарт-чойс в актуальном состоянии. Мы должны иметь собственные цены, которые основаны на имеющихся предложениях от курьерских компаний.
Аналитика по ценам. Мы должны знать рынок и понимать, где мы находимся по условиям – где мы конкурентоспособны, где – нет и что надо сделать. Необходимо собирать обратную связь у клиентов, которым не понравились наши условия, анализировать, что надо улучшить в наших предложениях – с конкретными цифрами. Финансовые вопросы Нужно контролировать дебиторскую задолженность,
получать дебиторку у клиентов. Нужно делать бюджет ежемесячно.
