Description
FXTM Armenia is looking for a candidate to fill the position of a Chinese Speaking Account Opening Specialist. The candidate will report to the Head of Account Opening in HQ and General Manager Armenia.
Responsibilities
- Complete the compliance check for new accounts;
- File the account documents;
- Liaise with other departments/ offices to ensure they are up-to-date with account opening procedures and documents required;
- Co-ordinate with clients via email for orders, payments and issue resolution;
- Communicate and coordinate with different departments;
- Analyze KYC, AML procedures and risks;
- Prepare reports.
RequiredQualifications
- Absolute fluency in English language, both written and oral;
- Advanced knowledge of Chinese language - only writing, reading and translating skills;
- University/ college degree;
- Computer literacy; very good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word;
- Excellent communication and monitoring skills;
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet strict deadlines;
- Relevant experience will be considered as an advantage.
