Description
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Responsibilities
-Searching potential customers
-Conducting commercial negotiations with customers
-Implementation of the receipt and processing of customer orders, issue of necessary documents
-Preparation of monthly sales plan
-Preparation of sales reports
-Maintenance of customer database
-Organization of sales trainings, recruitment of personnel
-Monitoring the effectiveness of the teamwork
-Co-operation with other managers
-Maintenance of the knowledge of the current product range and company services among the staff
-Tracking competitor activities and market trends

RequiredQualifications
-Minimum 3 years of working experience
-Higher education in a relevant field
-Knowledge of 1C program
-Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
