Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and implementation of strategic business plans to expand the Company's customer base
- Research and build relationships with new customers and potential partners
- Advise customers on vehicle specification and new developments
- Communicate clearly, regularly and promptly with the customer, dealer principal, sales team and work colleagues
- Implement external relationship
- Ensure Company's strong presence in the market
- Perform sales of vehicles at the store
- Ensure high levels of customers' satisfaction through excellent service, as well as manage customer complaints and grievances
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education; in Management, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Manager or a Salesperson
- Strong analytical skills
- Effective communicator and problem-solver
- Energetic person possessing excellent communication and sales skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within strict time frames
- Good team player
- Leadership skills
- Well-organized, responsible and result-oriented personality
- Availability of a valid driving license
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
