Description
The Treasury Officer will keep direct contacts with FX/ money markets and arrange deals with clients, brokers and banks.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Treasury in managing the Bank's FX, Money Market and Treasury related activities;
- Assist the Head of Treasury in cash and liquidity management in order to maintain payments' efficiency and maximize profits from cash/ non-cash transactions and placements;
- Conduct interbank foreign exchange deals to service foreign exchange requests from clients;
- Execute approved money market placements, and securities deals. Conduct securities market analysis and communicate results to the Head of Treasury;
- Follow up on interbank FX and Money Market to ensure the Bank's pricing is up-to-date and in line with market expectations;
- As requested, conduct financial research on financial market and its major players;
- Maintain and develop good relationship with peers from other banks as well as customers to achieve maximum profitability from Treasury activities;
- Adhere to the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Armenia;
- Perform Dealer's duties while maintaining the Bank's internal control requirements.

RequiredQualifications
- High education, preferably in Economics or Finance;
- At least 2 years of banking experience in Treasury operations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent knowledge of banking legislation;
- Fluency in English language, including verbal and written communication skills;
- ACI Dealing Certificate or CFA (level 1).
- CBA certificate for investment services or ACCA (level 9) or CFA (level 2) certificate is mandatory.
