- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Hotel Management, Business Management, a commercial discipline or equivalent relevant and solid work experience
- Proven experience with launching and/or running a new hotel of an international hotel chain
- Previous experience with hotel setup and opening
- Strong analytical skills

- Availability to travel

Responsibilities
Evaluate new hotel acquisition proposals from a product point of view, their revenue streams, product lines and commercial business case Develop new products or monetization models on existing auxiliary services such as parking, restaurants, food and beverage, spa services, etc. Be able to write an executive grade, data-supported business case for each product proposal and present to the HQ Management Board in a polished and final draft state Measure product’s commercial performance and generate data-driven reports Realize product performance improvements Work closely with the Architectural Team for site analysis, site planning and design from a product point of view Project manage the launch of new products and monetization models RequiredQualifications
