Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers face to face, give detailed information about products and their properties, perform sales transactions, after-sale care
- Turn all sales opportunities into sales
- Demonstrate advanced products knowledge and high standard of service
- Work to KPI’s and revenue targets as set by the sales director.
- Create positive and lasting relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify opportunities for new business within the market.
- Ensure all administration relating to sales is completed effectively and accurately.
- Pay attention to competitors and their activities within the industry.
RequiredQualifications
- Very good knowledge of oral Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent communication and sale skills
- Customer-orientation
- Ability to work under pressure, keep the high level of service when working under stress
- Ability to learn quickly sales software
- Interest in cosmetics and personal care products
