Freighthaul invites dynamic, empathetic people with excellent knowledge of English language and problem-solving skills to join its team of night shift Customer Support Representatives. They will work from 9 p.m. till 9 a.m., alternate days, answering inquiries of customers, providing them with complete information and offering quick and optimal solutions to their requests.
- Answer inquiries from customers solving problems and providing outstanding customer support continuously;
- Provide assistance and information to customers, answer their questions, suggesting solutions or redirecting requests to other relevant staff;
- Answer calls, enter client information into the database, verify information and maintain the database;
- Maintain the quality of support by adhering to standards and guidelines for answering customer inquiries, recommend improved procedures;
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems;
- Provide regular and on-demand reports to the line manager.
- Fluency in English language;
- Experience in customer support, call centers, help desks or other relevant roles, preferably dealing with English speakers;
- Outstanding customer service skills with customer focus;
- Ability to analyze information and come up with solutions;
- Positive, pragmatic, professional attitude with good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to learn and memorize a considerable quantity of information;
- Business communication skills;
- Ability to stay calm under pressure;
- High attention to details.
