Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell company services/offers to existing customers via phone using solid arguments
- Provide information on services, games, bets and other products/services provided by the company
- Carry out polls on products and services of the company
- Engage new customers if needed
- Perform other types of calls if needed
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education
- Proficient in Armenian, knowledge of Russian and English languages will be an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) will be a big plus
- Effective sales and communication skills
- Customer service oriented personality
- High sense of responsibility
