Responsibilities
- Design effective Insurance products and Sales training programs;
- Conduct trainings, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.;
- Prepare educational material;
- Maintain training schedule;
- Evaluate training effectiveness;
- Participate in the establishment of employees' development plan, assessment process;
- Perform other tasks relating to the Training and Development Department.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education: 2nd year postgraduate students and students doing master's degree;
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Insurance or knowledge of Insurance products is a plus.
- At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position or conducting various trainings;
- Sales experience is a plus;
- Excellent listening and presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Ability to work with small as well as large groups (up to 25 people)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to understand detailed information;
- Goal-oriented personality; team player;
- Strong knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of the English language is a plus;
- Confidence in using standard MS Office Software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and curiosity to learn new tools;
