Responsibilities

  • Design effective Insurance products and Sales training programs;
  • Conduct trainings, workshops, individual training sessions, etc.;
  • Prepare educational material;
  • Maintain training schedule;
  • Evaluate training effectiveness;
  • Participate in the establishment of employees' development plan, assessment process;
  • Perform other tasks relating to the Training and Development Department.

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education: 2nd year postgraduate students and students doing master's degree;
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Insurance or knowledge of Insurance products is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position or conducting various trainings;
  • Sales experience is a plus;
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills as well as excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work with small as well as large groups (up to 25 people)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to understand detailed information;
  • Goal-oriented personality; team player;
  • Strong knowledge of written and spoken Armenian and Russian languages; good knowledge of the English language is a plus;
  • Confidence in using standard MS Office Software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and curiosity to learn new tools;
