Description
Communities Finance Officers Association (CFOA) NGO is looking for a Communications and Event Manager to be responsible for conveying the Organization's internal and external messages, producing written materials, preparing presentations and communicating with donors, partner organization, and other shareholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement communication strategies and campaigns;
- Produce relevant, compelling social media updates;
- Develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, and related materials;
- Maintain good relationships with media;
- Organize promotional events, conferences, visits, and exhibitions;
- Analyze media coverage and develop responses when needed;
- Create presentations, articles, reports, and information for CFOA's websites, blogs, and social media accounts;
- Develop quarterly and annual activity reports;
- Keep annual calendars of events and activities organized;
- Consistently brainstorm and collaborate with the team for new ideas and strategies.
RequiredQualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field;
- 4 years of experience in PR and communications or a related field;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong writing and content creation skills;
- Excellent command of English and Armenian languages;
- Availability to travel to regions and municipalities across Armenia.
