Responsibilities
- Search and attract new corporate clients through telephone calls.
- Receive incoming calls and elaborate information as per prescribed instructions and policies.
- Provide information to potential corporate clients about the services of the Company on regular basis.
- Realize upselling to the existing corporate clients.
- Implement activities to raise the loyalty of corporate clients. through providing quality services and offering more favorable tariffs and products.
- Ensure that all KPIs are achieved.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree;
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field;
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques;
- Knowledge in the field of telecommunication is a plus;
- Experience in working with external clients;
- Reporting and business writing skills;
- Ability to work with people in conflict situations;
- Initiative and decision making skills;
- Sense of responsibility;
- Negotiation skills;
- Advanced computer skills: experience in working with MS Office, PowerPoint;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages. Knowledge of English language is a plus.
