Get In Shape LLC is looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist for InShape Studio Women Fitness Club to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Sales Specialist will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
- Answer incoming phone calls while providing information on the Company activity and services;
- Present, promote and sell products/ services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs;
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Analyze the territory/ market's potential, track sales and status reports;
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;
- Continuously improve through feedback.

RequiredQualifications
- BA/ BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or a relevant field;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Sales Specialist, preferably in B2C customer service;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Highly motivated and target-driven person with a proven track record in sales;
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
