Description
Arcatrans is seeking for trucking logistics Coordinator in Yerevan, working with Canadian Customers by phone and by email.
Working hours Monday to Friday from (summer time 16:00 - 01:00 at night, Yerevan Time).
Responsibilities
-Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English (both verbal and written)
-Negotiate with Logistics Companies and Shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service Customer needs
-Generate new leads and find loads using LoadLink (dispatcher software)
-Book, schedule coordinate, track and trace and enter loads
-Dispatch and assisting drivers & carriers on routes, ensuring accurate recording of arrival and departure times
-Track shipments from P/U to Delivery and provide up to date information to Customers
-Maintain regular communication with shippers and receivers.
-Dispatch pickups and deliveries to the drivers
-Assign trips and movements in the system
-Ability to multi-task
-Stable, steady work
RequiredQualifications
-Previous logistics/transportation sales experience highly preferred
-Exceptional English verbal communication skills effectively
-Verbal Communication – Speaks English clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
-Must have previous inside sales experience
-Must have cold-calling⁄business development experience
-Outbound call experience
-Customer service skills
-High degree of telephone etiquette, confidence and professionalism in interacting with customers and carrier partner
