Responsibilities
- Prepare the annual report of the Bank activities,
- Develop the Bank’s medium-term key strategic indicators and the strategic program,
- Monitor and make reports on KPIs in relation to the strategic goals,
- Carry out quarterly analyses of the indicators of the Armenian banking system,
- Carry out yearly analyses on macroeconomic environment and identify opportunities and threats,
- Monitor the Bank's competitive environment and disclose the strengths and weaknesses of its competitors,
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis within the strategy development.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education in Economy/Finance or relevant field,
- Work experience in the banking system is a plus,
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position in Armenian or international organizations is a plus,
- Knowledge of the RA banking legislation is a plus,
- Excellent knowledge of computer skills,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages,
- Effective oral and written communication skills,
- Financial modelling and analytical skills,
- Strong sense of team mentality and reliability,
- Strong communication skills,
- Attention to details,
- Teamwork,
- Ability to work in different situations and quick orientation.
