Responsibilities

  • Attracting customers through means of remote communication and rendering customer service, 
  • Providing clients with comprehensive information on banking services,
  • Implementing cross-sales and surveys through outgoing calls,
  • Identification of customer issues and providing recommendations,
  • Providing clients with the necessary information. 

RequiredQualifications

  • Higher education,
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the banking system, preferably in a call-center,
  • Knowledge of the RA banking legislation,  
  • Cross-sales skills ,
  • Knowledge of computer software,
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, good knowledge of English and Russian languages,
  • Excellent speaking skills,
  • Team work,
  • Communication skills.
