Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs of the company, work with business stakeholders to establish the procurement program;
• Receive Purchase Requests, conduct market research, develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned components;
• Manage the strategic business relationship with key preferred suppliers;
• Search new suppliers based on required specifications;
• Analyze price proposals and other data information to determine reasonable prices;
• Analyze deadlines for each order, Be responsible for quality, quantity and timely delivery of purchased goods;
• Be responsible for the whole purchase process and ensure the preparation of required documents (invoices and other documents) on time.

RequiredQualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Physics, or preferred);
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in similar position;
• Knowledge of best practices for electronic component qualification requirements;
• Strong understanding of electronic components, materials and manufacturing processes;
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize based on Operational objectives;
• Strong operational, technical, and data analysis skills;
• Good knowledge of project management techniques;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented personality with strong time management skills.
