Description
Responsibilities
o Perform day-to-day production management
o Manage and coordinate timely implementation of printing and installation of promotional materials
o Conducts pre-production and post-production quality checks
o Keeps track of partners, production prices, and performed job
o Be responsible and supervise marketing attributes’ warehouse
o Supervise the inventory available
o Search for best prices in the market and potential vendors who can supply the required amount of quality products on time
o Search for suppliers based on "Tender" principle
o Maintain on-going relationships with suppliers, negotiate and coordinate prices
o Gives instructions on possible variants of production forms based on location
RequiredQualifications
o Degree in relevant field or technical background is preferred
o Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
o Good knowledge of all the basic printing technologies
o Understanding of printing and production processes for different advertising materials
o Knowledge of main suppliers in the market
o Basic knowledge of designer programs
o Negotiating skills and verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail
o Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, think quickly, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
o Ability and readiness to be a team member
o Skilled at researching the market, looking for potential suppliers and designing quotations for the purchase order
