Responsibilities

  • Supervise  food and beverage outlet operations,
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met,
  • Plan, organize and control the daily operations,
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner,
  • Ensure compliance of brand standards, follow all HACCP standards during the work day,
  • Able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, Banqueting,
  • Ensure that the function space is visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.
  • Should posses in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Guide the Banquet servers in set up of tables and place settings.
  • Be familiar with all current and upcoming event details.
  • Represent needs of the team,
  • Assist Food & Beverage with achieving financial targets,
  • Assist F&B Manager with training and developing the team,
  • Cooperate with other departments and maintain good working relationships,
  • Perform other tasks and duties  requested by F&B manager.

RequiredQualifications

  • 2-3 years of related experience in Hospitality/Food and Beverage,
  • Knowledge in different table and skirting setup styles,
  • Commitment in delivering high levels of customer service,
  •  Communication, motivation and leadership skills,
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations,
  • Ability and willingness to work in a team and for the guests with the main slogan: “We are Hilton, We are Hospitality”, 
  • Good  knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian.
