Responsibilities

- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Track bank deposits and payments
- Comply and implement financial policies
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting
- Assist in tracking financial data and analyse financial information
- Identify and assist both line manager and relevant program staff in resolving invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues in the reports and other financial documents
- Review all financial-related backup documentation is complete and authorized for preparing timely bank online transactions
- Maintain financial documents and filing system, both electronic and hard copy
- Prepare OxYGen monthly financial reports
- Prepare/consolidate donors/lead partners monthly or quarterly timely reports and prepare related supporting documents according to donor financial requirements, procedures
- Check OxYGen partner reports and relevant supporting documentation
- Assist with project and annual budget preparation
- Prepare monthly payrolls
- Prepare accurate and timely tax calculations of salaries/benefits/individual service providers and any other appropriate tax liabilities
- Prepare timely tax reports in online tax service system
- Update internal system with financial data
- Conduct timely and accurate data entry into Armenian Accounting software on regular basis
- Participate/assist in financial audits. Preparing information required by auditors
- Assist with any other tasks that may be deemed appropriate to this position
- Prepare/update staff records (attendance, contracts, orders, etc) according to organizational policy and legal requirements
- Prepare and track staff leaves and benefits administration
- Preparation and organization of staff performance reviews, and recruitment documentation and processes with relevant program manager and/or Executive Director
- Assist line manager and other staff on employment law and the organization's internal policies and procedures
- Assist line manager in any other relevant tasks

RequiredQualifications

- Background in HR, finance and accounting, including Armenian Accounting Software (ՀԾ)
- Computer literacy
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting and financial standards
- Knowledge of AS, RA Tax Code, Labour Code
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, accounting and finance
- High sense of responsibility and accountability
- Hard worker
- Meeting deadlines with minimum supervision
- Flexible, reliable and adaptable
- Good team player
- Ability to do accurate and quality work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with partners/beneficiaries to ensure compliance with OxYGen policies and procedures and legislation
- Acting with honesty, integrity, credibility
- Written and verbal communication skills in both Armenian and English
