Description
Glebec LLC is looking for a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for implementing both operational and strategic goals of the Company. He/ she should identify relevant business opportunities and attract new customers, negotiate and close business deals, maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Sell products and services maintaining assigned sales quota and following established guidelines;
- Actively identify prospects utilizing self-generated methods;
- Make sales presentations and proposals to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of the Company's products and services over those of the competition;
- Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls, following up on leads and utilizing marketing strategies;
- Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company product offerings;
- Responsible for price and quote product solutions as well as installation work;
- Develop a sales plan, qualify and prioritize opportunities and maintain appropriate records;
- Follow-up with prospects;
- Demonstrate solutions and services utilizing available resources;
- Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved procedures;
- Contact customers ensuring commitments were met and generate referrals;
- Analyse new business opportunities, develop sales plans and execute planned action steps in order to acquire new business in line with the Company’s strategies and growth objectives;
- Coordinate with Company's engineers, contractors, customer representatives and facility owners in order to define product specification and to ensure 100 percent acceptance of products by owners and distributors;
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly action plans detailing concepts and actions necessary to achieve business growth opportunities consistent with the sales growth objectives;
- Perform marketing activities utilizing all available resources (web site, social media, direct marketing, cold call, onsite presentations and seminars);
- Analyse, explore and identify new market segments, product opportunities and update colleagues, managers in sharing marketing intelligence about opportunities that will grow sales;
- Coordinate new and repeat sales to ensure 100 percent customer satisfaction with the order fulfillment process;
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers at all levels to ensure 100 percent account retention.
