Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Register and resolve requests/incidents
- Redirect problems to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Advise user on appropriate action
- Follow ServiceDesk procedures
- Send notification regarding the scheduled works
- Follow requests’ resolution deadlines
- Assist ServiceDesk specialists
- Be ready to work on professional skills
- Perform other job-related tasks as assigned
RequiredQualifications
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Relevant experience will be plus
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player
