Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Register and resolve requests/incidents
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow ServiceDesk procedures
  • Send notification regarding the scheduled works
  • Follow requests’ resolution deadlines
  • Assist ServiceDesk specialists
  • Be ready to work on professional skills
  • Perform other job-related tasks as assigned

RequiredQualifications

  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Relevant experience will be plus
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
