Responsibilities

  • Organize, plan and execute company operational tasks;
  • Preparation of the company orders and other documentation.
  • Be responsible for reception of the phone calls and messages readdressing in the office.
  • Prepares weekly and monthly reports.
  • Carry out preparation and organizational assistance when holding meetings and other events.
  • Create daily/weekly/monthly reports and demo the progress and current status to the Management 
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • May be assigned in various functional areas of the company

RequiredQualifications

  • University degree;
  • Proficiency in English, Russian , Armenian (writing and speaking especially)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to perform as a team player ;
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills;
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company;
  • Very effective organizational skills.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience in international or local company
