Target Group CJSC is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist, who can source and attract candidates to interview and hire great employees.
Responsibilities
- Participate in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy;
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications;
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals, etc.;
- Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.;
- Prepare, conduct and interpret relevant valid testing toolkit for each job;
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule;
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, attitudes and experience;
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team;
- Promote the Ccompany's reputation.
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field;
- At least 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or assessment;
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English languages;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to work with skills assessment methods;
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
- Good attention to detail;
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.);
- Person experienced with various selection processes.
