Responsibilities
- Provide user authorities in AS system within the scope of his/her authorities
- Analyze AS system problems encountered by employees and provide support within the scope of his/her authorities
- Provide IT support to the Bank staff
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AS-Bank system; servicing skills and basic knowledge of system administration are desirable
- Good knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
- Communication skills and courteous manners
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to make decisions under pressure and handle stressful situations
