Responsibilities

 

  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system;
  • Photocopy and print various documents;
  • Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments;
  • Schedule and attend meetings;
  • Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
  • Order and maintain stationery and equipment;

RequiredQualifications

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages;
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure;
  • The ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently;
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
  • A problem-solving approach to work;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages.
