Responsibilities
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system;
- Photocopy and print various documents;
- Organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
- Keep diaries and arrange appointments;
- Schedule and attend meetings;
- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts;
- Order and maintain stationery and equipment;
RequiredQualifications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages;
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure;
- The ability to manage your own workload and supervise the work of others concurrently;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads;
- A problem-solving approach to work;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Armenian, English and Russian languages.
