Responsibilities
- Translate abstract ideas and requirements into tangible and beautiful design deliverables;
- Work in close collaboration with Development and Product Management teams to find elegant but practical solutions to design challenges;
- Develop a diverse skill set including the abilities to understand complex business goals, product and technical content, interaction design, and brand strategy in order to create engaging, effective and accessible experiences for our wide range of customers;
- Follow a user-centered design process, understanding real users motivations, behaviors and goals;
- Design the information architecture and interaction models for customer projects. This may include websites, mobile experiences, or other touch-points;
- Create detailed storyboards, interaction workflows, wireframes, conceptual diagrams, prototypes, visual mockups, and style guides while iterating as necessary;
- Stay current on UX industry standards and design paradigms and identify ways to implement them in our products;
- Create UI designs that adhere to and build on existing UI brand guidelines and style guides;
- Work with developers to ensure the designs are implemented as intended and the integrity of the user experience is maintained in the final product;
- Be able to manage multiple projects from different scopes and collaborate effectively with other people and departments in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback;
- Responsive web design experience is a plus.
RequiredQualifications
- An online portfolio (please include links or examples in job application);
- 2+ years of experience of working in a technical environment;
- Educational background in Fine Arts, IT or other related fields;
- Fluency in Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
- A self-starter and self-motivated person to perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision;
- Knowledge of English;
- Flexibility in style;
- Good time management skills;
- Open to feedbacks;
- Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies;
- Basic knowledge of native mobile apps User Interface structure;
- Knowledge of Web, Android, iOS platforms design guidelines is a plus․
