Description
Responsibilities
- Legal analysis and drafting of legal memorandums based on the analysis,
- Legal consultancy,
- Drafting of judicial documentation,
- Drafting of contracts, agreement, and other legal documents,
- Preparation of documents required for establishment of legal entities,
- Representation before administrative and other bodies,
- Organization of Notarization of transactions,
- Filing and management of cases (both in electronic and hard copy),
- Compliance with instructions of the supervisor.
RequiredQualifications
- Degree in Law (LL.B, holding LL.M. will be considered as an advantage);
- Up to 3 years of professional experience (preferable);
- Holding of an Attorney’s License will be considered as an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of professional Armenian and English(high scores at TOEFL or IELTS will be considered as an advantage) ;
- Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an advantage;
- Experience in participation in various professional events, such as moot courts, conferences, seminars, summer schools will be considered as an advantage.
