Responsibilities
Key Result Areas & Task Accountabilities
- Drive new revenue opportunities through direct selling and leverage of past clients and contacts
- Define sales strategies and execute plan for International Sales
- Set, meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing team’s sales opportunities in new and existing accounts
- Plan and direct sales activities and objectives to maximize sales volume as well as identify performance goals and measurements, partnering with accounts to obtain positive results
- Develop and manage sales pipeline, prospect and assess sales, and move a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
- Practice effective, excellent communication with direct reports, management, customers and support staff
- Provide feedback and input around new marketing and lead generation programs
- Provide requirements to marketing, circulation, and other departments to ensure that the sales team has the up-to-date information it needs to be successful
- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast and performance to senior leadership team
- Keep abreast of the industry, market, competition, competitive issues and products
RequiredQualifications
- 1 or more years of sales experience in inside and outside selling resources
- Strong time management, prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills are critical
- Ability to collaborate with company-wide divisions to ensure quality customer service
- Exceptional relationship building and listening skills
- Proficient English verbal and writing skills
- Proficient Russian verbal and writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Stress resistant
