Responsibilities
The role holder is responsible for coordination of resourcing related activities under the strong supervision of HR Generalists:
- Make all arrangements required for different types of testing based on business needs.
- Coordinate and conduct the classroom testing sessions.
- Make the system arrangements for PC based testing.
- Interview administration (contacting employees, sending invitations, e-mailing the post interview results, etc.).
- Update the databases with interview feedbacks and test results.
- Collect the required documents from new hires and scan the original packages.
- Timely and accurately process and administer new hire/internship related paperwork.
- Responsible for opening of pre-employment vetting checks for new hires and interns.
- Prepare letters requested by employees to be presented to different organisations (embassies, schools, universities, etc.).
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong detail orientation skills for administering paperwork.
- Good knowledge of English and Armenian languages.
- Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good team player.
- Active, enthusiastic, personality with good judgemental skills.
- Capable to deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and high level of professionalism.
