Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the general public, and facilitate internal and external communications
- Develop and implement Brand and Marketing strategy for new and existing products
- Oversee implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
- Ensure effective management within the marketing, communications and public relations function
- Work closely with product development teams to define marketing materials and programs
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and print advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI)
- Suggest ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them accordingly
- Control budgets and allocate resources
- Propose new products and services, special offers, bonus programs, privileges given to VIP customers, stimulating offers for affiliates and other units across the organization
- Responsible for the execution of the proposals for the required marketing activities based on the analysis of the information obtained during the research
- Lead the skillful marketing team
- Handle the marketing activity of the company’s products on global basis
- Provide regular financial reports to the Board on business results
RequiredQualifications
- University degree in Marketing or related field
- 5+ years of extensive work experience in Marketing as a Director/Head of the department
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and activity behavior
- Excellent understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-player with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Good presentation and organizational skills
- High level of computer literacy, excellent knowledge in MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
- Ability to develop marketing and business strategies and successfully create and execute marketing programs targeted to business and retail clients
- High level of creativity, strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Person with initiation, ambition, and drive for success
