E-World Systems Ltd. is looking for a Customer Support and Sales Team Leader to join its team. The Company is looking for a professional, pro-active and personable member. The role requires flexibility, initiative and resilience to the pressure of balancing workload and time scales.

Responsibilities
- Assist the management in hiring new team members;
- Train team members;
- Develop strategies to improve the performance;
- Manage daily operations;
- Evaluate team performance;
- Organize surveys, self-assessment tests and individual trainings;
- Implement team feedback, by directly working with the Project Manager;
- Assist the Project Manager in sales strategy development;
- Keep informed the team about the new products and services;
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines;
- Motivate and encourage the team for the set goals;
- Prepare comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives and deadlines.
