Responsibilities
- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Creating delightful user experiences across mobile and web applications
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Creating concise design artifacts (concept maps, flowcharts, interaction design specs, mockups) when needed
- Testing features for usability and making changes when necessary, taking an iterative, agile approach in collaboration with Product Management and Developers
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
RequiredQualifications
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of all the basic UI design principles with a great sense of aesthetics
- Product-oriented design approach
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Experience with user testing and A/B testing
- Superior knowledge of all Adobe products, including InDesign and Illustrator
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Android Material Guidelines and/or Apple Human Interface Guidelines is a plus.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
