Platform Healthy Food Restaurant is looking for a qualified specialist to fill the position of Food and Beverage Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service;
- Design menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements;
- Control freshness of food and ingredients, as well as quality of meals;
- Organize and supervise food delivery services;
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel;
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures;
- Motivate team and promote teamwork;
- Comply with all health and safety regulations according to RA legislation;
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.
RequiredQualifications
- Culinary school diploma or degree in Food Service Management or a related field is preferred;
- At least 3 years of food and beverage management experience;
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks;
- Communication and leadership skills;
- Up-to-date knowledge of food and beverages trends and best practices;
- Ability to manage staff and meet financial targets;
- Guest oriented and service minded person;
- Computer literacy;
- Fluency in Armenian and Russian languages; knowledge of English language is a plus.
