Description
Head of Digital Project Management Division
Yerevan, Bank Head Office
Working hours: from 09 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Responsibilities
-Initiation of digital projects in line with the Bank's digitization strategy
-Implementation of digital projects from their very start to their thorough accomplishment, including planning, implementation, monitoring, supervision and wrap-up
-Research of the world financial and IT market and preparation of recommendations
-Drafting project needs and budgeting, cooperation with internal teams meant to enhance the project development and implementation
-Control over the activities of all the project participants
-Search of new possibilities of digitization and upgrading of currents projects and services, regular preparation of new projects
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in financial or information technology areas
-At least three years' work experience in financial or IT project management
-At least two years' management experience
-PMP certification is preferable
-Good knowledge of newest digital technology, project management software (MS Project or AtTask), Content management, SEO and Google Analytics
-Good grasp of Armenian banking legislation and banking services
-Fluency in Armenian, Russian, English languages
-Ability to work in a team, find efficient solutions in changing environment,
-Proactivity and sense of responsibility
-Analytical and flexible thinking, cooperation skills
