The Company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator/ Freight Broker in Yerevan to work with the USA customers by phone and by email.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate with logistics companies and shippers to obtain best rates for loads and service customer needs;
- Generate new leads and find loads using dispatcher software;
- Book, schedule, coordinate, track and trace and enter loads;
- Dispatch and assist drivers and carriers on routes, ensuring accurate recording of arrival and departure times;
- Track shipments from P/U to delivery and provide up-to-date information to customers;
- Maintain regular communication with shippers and receivers;
- Dispatch pickups and deliveries to the drivers;
- Assign trips and movements in the system.
RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- Previous logistics/ transportation sales experience is highly preferred;
- Communication and negotiation skills with strong command of English language, both verbal and written;
- Ability to speak in English language clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;
- Previous inside sales experience is highly desired;
- Cold-calling/ business development experience is highly desired;
- Outbound call experience is highly desired;
- Customer service skills is highly desired;
- Ability to multitask.
