Responsibilities

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Identify relevant parties
- Collect relevant requirements of the project and define the scope of the project
- Schedule the implementation plan
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Monitor and control project implementation by the relevant staff
- Manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholder
- Provide monthly/weekly reports to the immediate manager relevant to the implemented tasks

RequiredQualifications

- 3 years of work experience as project officer, coordinator or assistant
- Good knowledge of project management best practices
- Knowledge of project management PMBOK from PMI
- Good knowledge of VoIP, Fix Internet, Data communication and wireless technologies
- Knowledge of assets management
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within critical deadlines
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage change
- Planning and reporting skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
