Description
Factumsoft is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Business Analyst with technical background and fluent knowledge of English to join our product and implementation team.
The Business Analyst will work closely with other team members and will be involved in all aspects of the project life cycle.
Candidates with strong technical or ERP background with database/reporting development experience will have preference.
Responsibilities
-Participate in custom software application customization, sales and implementation from inception to deployment and post-deployment support
-Implement customized solutions using the proprietary platform: implementing SQL queries, user interface, custom validations, rule programming and report generations.
-Make presentations to client and introduce the business solution details, negotiate proposed features and implementation plan
-Analyze and understand client infrastructure specifics, internal and external data and communication flows, business needs and requirements
-Propose customized business solutions for each client, understand and anticipate the implementation of such solutions
RequiredQualifications
-Higher education in Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
-Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills: ability to identify and accurately document solutions to complex business problems
-Perfect (near-native) knowledge of English
-Knowledge of SQL and Reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or SSRS is a must!
-Software project or product management experience
-Excellent communication skills: ability to listen to client and understand the essence of the issues
-Good presentation skills
-Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
-Fearless, self-motivated, and highly inquisitive personality with strong listening skills and a great attitude
-Ability to work under pressure
