Responsibilities

- Take ownership of agency growth strategy and sales qualified lead appointments with the sales team through outbound and inbound channels
- Measure and report performance of marketing percentage of sales, gain insight and do changes to increase marketing impact on sales and company growth
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Monitor agency competition and execute ideas to stand out
- Work closely with the sales team for implementing sales enablement processes and workflows
- Prepare and monitor SLA *Service level agreements between sales and marketing team

RequiredQualifications

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Close to native fluency in English
- Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Yandex Metrics, Search Console, etc.)
- Practical experience in marketing automation and content marketing
- Excellent analytical and project management skills
- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
