Description
Mogo UCO is looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage, coordinate and check the activities of the Call Center and Debt Collection-Call staff.

Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, coordinate and check the activities of the call center & debt collection-call staff;
- Lead and revitalize the debt collection-call and call center specialists’ work and assure their quality;
- Update all the documentations and information necessary for the call center staff;
- Prepare reports regarding staff activity and work efficiency;
- Make analysis on various operations of call center performance;
- Assure excellent customer service;
- Follow up daily/weekly/monthly dashboards;
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

RequiredQualifications
- Higher education;
- At least 3 years of related work experience, including at least 1 year in banking/ credit/ telecommunications sphere and 1 year in management;
- Good understanding of the working principles of banks/ credit organizations;
- Basic knowledge of call center systems and its working principles;
- Proven skills in understanding IVR systems;
- Computer literacy, working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation skills;
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Armenian languages;
- Customer centric personality with strong administrative and organizational skills;
- Ability to think analytically and strategically and conceptualize innovative solutions;
- Good interpersonal and active listening skills;
- Attention to details;
- Ability to handle stressful situations and take initiative;
- Patience, ability to work in a team and perform well under pressure.
