Responsibilities

- Excessively cooperate with and assist the Managing director
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations
- Ensure proper office management and maintenance
- Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner
- Be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
- Anticipate the needs of employees (assisting the HR Officer) in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
- Be involved in recruitment processes (drafting of vacancy announcements, CV screening, organization and conducting of interviews) if required
- Process, verify and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.
- Explain/inform about company personnel policies, benefits and procedures to employees or job applicants
- Assist the HR Officer in onboarding process of the new employees
- Aid executives

RequiredQualifications

- To have a degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- To have a desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- To be a hands-on leader with business thinking and have a problem-solving mindset
- To be able to respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian languages (knowledge of German would be considered to be an asset)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office Programs
- To enjoy communication and development of new skills
- To have well developed prioritizing and organizational skills
- To have flexibility and be able to quickly switch from one task to the other
- To have strong people skills
- To be willing to go the extra mile
- To be coachable, quick learner and curious
